New Cover and Layout of MECHTA

Dear Readers and Authors,

Improving the MECHTA, from now on (Vol. 4 No. 1) we release a new layout. All burdens as a consequence of this new layout belong to Editors. I believe this new appearance enhances the readability of MECHTA’s articles.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Authors, Editors, and Reviewers who contribute to this edition. With their helpful hand continuity, consistency and event improvements can be applied. For the Authors, we are waiting for your articles to be published in the July 2023 release.
